Meditation can take many forms from silence to chanting, to counting the breath, visualization, heating, cooling, calming, balancing, energizing…the list is long! At the heart of all of these practices is the breath, which is what we will continually come back to during this 30 minute morning session, and yes, especially when your mind & heart wander off. Each class is different and participants are encouraged to find what practice(s) help them to be present in any given day or time. If we can do that in meditation, we might just be able to do that in the midst of the chaos of our day to days:) ALL are welcome to enjoy some space and awareness, together in community.
