Start with where you are. Take what you need and leave the rest. Find what resonates with you at that moment, that practice. These are some of the things you’ll no doubt hear to encourage & remind you of, during our new 5-part virtual meditation series, Wednesday mornings in May.
What to Expect: This five-part series will be similar to a regular meditation class, set up to give you tools, respite, and above all some space & awareness at the start of your day, in the midst of your week. We will share different types of meditation within each 30 minute session, drawing upon different types of breath, guided and silent, use of movement and sound.
Purpose: This meditation series will provide accessible tools and practices to the beginner and regular practitioner alike.
ALL are welcome! We will go deep at times, but we will do it with humor and even some fun:)
When: Wednesday mornings in May, 7:45am- 8:15am.
**This is a virtual class. You will receive a Zoom link for class in your registration email.**
What you need: a comfortable place to sit–can be your favorite chair, couch, the floor w/a block or bolster/cushion underneath you, and something to write with/on (optional)
Cost: $110 for Blue Sky Yoga members, $115 for non-members, $24 drop in
